How do I join the server?

Java Edition

Launch Minecraft and click on "Multiplayer", then click on "Add Server". In the box labeled "Server Address", type in mc.illusioncraft.net and then click "Join Server". Then, find Illusioncraft in the list and double click or click the arrow to join.

Bedrock Edition

Click on "Play" and go to the "Servers" tab. Scroll down and click on "Add Server". In the name field type Illusioncraft, in the IP field type mc.illusioncraft.net and in the port field, change it to 26104, then click "Join Server".

How do I contact Illusioncraft?

Discord

In the #tickets channel, click on Open ticket to open a ticket. In the new channel, anything you send will be sent to all staff members to assist you!

On the server

If there is an admin online, simply type /helpop followed by your message and it will be sent to all staff members

How do I join the Illusioncraft Discord?

Click here for the link. Make sure that you have a Discord account. Once you join, you will need to link your account. Please see the question "How do I link my account to Discord?" to do that.

How do I purchase a rank or keys?

Visit our Server Store: store.illusioncraft.net, then select the category that you would like (ranks, keys, claim blocks) and then select the package in that category. Add it to your cart and continue to checkout. All payments are handled and secured by Tebex

How do I vote for the server?

Every 24hrs, simply go to some or all of the website and complete their process to vote. You will know you successfully have voted if you received a vote key on the server.

How do I link my account to Discord?

Run the command /discord link in-game
Direct Message the RankSync bot the code
It should be synced. If there is a problem, create a ticket, or email us.

How do I submit a bug report?

How do I appeal a ban/mute/jail?

Create a ticket in the Discord or fill out the form here: https://tally.so/r/31KKzO. You will receive a message in Discord letting you know if it was accepted or rejected.

How do I report a player?

Create a ticket in the Discord and explain the situation or use /report <player> <explanation> in-game, replacing with the username (not nickname) of the misbehaving player and with an explanation of the situation.

How can I suggest something for the server?

In the Discord, in the #bot-spam channel, please run the command /suggest followed by your idea. Your suggestion will then be posted in the #player-suggestions channel where other players can vote on it.
